The access to the LMS training platform is granted by Airbus Helicopters for the sole purpose of training its customers.
Each login is personal, exclusive and non-transferable.
Any reproduction, distribution, display, transmission, adaptation, modification or translation of the content of this site is strictly prohibited. The users shall only post data which are directly related to the training and under the user’s sole responsibility. Evaluations and training results may be transferred for business purpose to user’s organization and to authorized Airbus Helicopters subsidiaries for statistical, service improvement and commercial purposes with respect of personal data protection.
Please note that the post or the transfer of data may be limited by law, regulation (export control, security…) or contractual commitments (Non-Disclosure Agreements…) the post of unauthorized data remains users exclusive liability.
Airbus Helicopters has the right to remove any content posted which is considered as being out of the scope of the training at any time, without prior notice.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
By using this website, you agree that your personal data will be stored in encrypted electronic format on a private Airbus web-host or its validated subcontractor, in compliance with the applicable security regulations and policies (EU Directive 95/46/EC, Airbus Group Standards of Business Conduct 02/2014, Airbus Group Security Policies 04/2014).
These data may be transferred to subcontractors or suppliers via secured cloud applications for the sole purpose of the training platform performance.
Processing of Personal Data collected and processed in other countries than the EU/EEA is subject to the national and local law of the country of origin.
You have the right to access and rectify your personal data held by Airbus Helicopters or request these data to be kept in paper format only.
You may therefore contact data protection.helicopters@airbus.com in order to obtain a copy of your personal data held by Airbus Helicopters training department and to obtain the rectification thereof, should it turn out to be incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, out-of-date or whose collection or use, communication or record-keeping is forbidden.
