On-site Assistance

With the On-site Pilot Assistance course, pilots will discover the newly acquired helicopter and will learn how to master the associated mission systems and equipment in their specific operational environment.
This service is customisable for all civil or military customers operating an Airbus Helicopters aircraft – for the entire range from the H120 to the H 225/ H725.

On-site Assistance



  • Hold an up-to-date type rating on the variant:

    (Total duration of the course: 1 to 3 weeks)

  • Advise your pilots on the adaptation of the new type of helicopter to your mission profile and operational environment

  • Support your pilots with flight and mission preparation (flight documentation, management of unforeseen event, area and environmental risk assessment)

  • Assist your pilots in the definition of basic standard operating procedures

  • Create a tailor-made program to provide pilots with the necessary skills to perform your specific missions

  • Training sessions can be specifically adapted to your operations and your pilot’s needs, as a complement to the Pilot Type Rating program

  • (Note: Upon request, the duration can be adapted. Also, On-site Pilot Assistance can be provided at any time as a standalone service)
